Boom can arrange an independent surveyor to complete a home report for your property. The home report will give you an accurate valuation of your property and the surveyors we recommend are all registered with the panel of mortgage lenders. The fee for the home report requires to be paid at the beginning of the process. Generally, the cost of a home report is related to the property value, so the cost of a Home Report will vary according to the value of your home. Alternatively, you can arrange your own report, however, please make sure that they are RICS chartered surveyors who are approved by the panel of mortgage lenders. This is very important to ensure a buyer can obtain lending against the Home Report you provide.
